For the first time in my life I have long and FULL hair. My hair was always thin and straight, with no body. I now have so much body, I never thought it would be possible. People are always commenting on it, and can't believe when I tell them they're extensions. They look so natural!
On top of the great work, Lucy is super cool and really fun to chat with. I also take my laptop and work at times which is a bonus and allows me to squeeze in appointments in a busy schedule.
